Appendix 1

Some stamps of the 04/07 imprint date exist in two very slightly different varieties, which could indicate a second printing. These differences are listed below. However, in some cases I have yet to obtain sufficient information about these stamps to distinguish the separate printings; and until such time as I obtain a booklet of stamps from each printing I am unable to advise which types are found in the same booklet.
