Cecil was born on February 21st, 1895 in Northampton, Northamptonshire, England.1 Cecil's father was Harry Hay JOLL and his mother was Sarah (Annie) Ann SANDERS. His paternal grandparents were Samuel James JOLL and Sarah HAY. He had three brothers and a sister, named Eustace, Douglas, Arthur and Gladys. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 83 in 1978 in Northampton, Northamptonshire, England.2 -
