Worldwide Stamp New Issues - United Arab Emirates.

WARNING: Some stamps claiming to be those of individual states which formed the United Arab Emirates during 1971 - 1972 are "illegal issues", according to a Universal Postal Union circular reproduced on the Philatelic Webmasters' Organization web site at http://pwmo.org/Illegals/frame-illegals-en.htm . These are probably the stamps commonly found in cheap packets during the 1970s.
