Mary was born on October 13th, 1872 in South Reston, Lincolnshire, England.¹

Birth Notes

Mary's father was William HAY and her mother was Elizabeth DAWSON. Her maternal grandparents were George DAWSON and Elizabeth JOLL. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named William, George, Herbert, Frederick, Alfred, Walter, Septimus, Alice, Lizzie and Matilda. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 38 on December 3rd, 1910 in Louth, Lincolnshire, England. She was buried at the South Reston Churchyard, South Reston, Lincolnshire, England.¹¹
